Location: Cascade Falls Competition Center , Penn Yan New York

The Water Fall Triathlon consists of three sparate Stages.   First will be the Sprint, Second is the Free Style  and the last stage will be a Slalom race.   All three Stages start above the Falls.   This promises to be an exciting and busy weekend of paddling.  The combination of events will allow you to access your overall paddling skills and have a great time while doing it.  Cascade Falls Competition Center has been the home of NESS racing for many years and is held in high esteem as one of the quality competition sites in the east.   Don't miss this event!
