"Stinky" Fundraiser
With special thanks to the "Stinky Art Company" for their help and support of our effort to raise funds for a secure container that will be placed near the putin at Rock Park. The Stinky Art Company, on a one time basis made the T-shirts for our Fundraiser. The cost of the Container is $3,000.00. All revenue received above the target amount will be used to take city kits on a trip in August to Pennsylvania for a weekend of Kayaking. Once the Container is in place we will be able to provide a location for kids from the inner city to learn whitewater Kayaking. Presently we have to transport the Kayak's daily and the number of kids that get to paddle is solely dependant on how many boats we can transport. Keeping the equipment at the site will be a hugh boost in the number of local residents that will be able to recreate on the river. Kayak Adventures will be running programs for neighborhood kids every Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting in Late June and continuing until late in the Fall. This program is free to qualified city kids. "Stinky Rocks" T-Shirts have a light sand background color. Stinky is white with a black outline. The shirts are 100% pre shrunk cotton. Sizes = S, M, L, and XL. He is sitting in a kayak. The "Stinky Rocks" logo phrase was the creation of one of our young paddlers. The donation for the shirt is $25.00, more would be graciously accepted. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. |

This credit can be applied to Skill Development Workshops at Rock Park. Sell ten and your trip to Pennsylvania is free. (Trip includes transportation, camping, race entry fees, equipment and coaching) ** If you sell ten you can opt to donate the free trip to a city kid.
