| CASCADE FALLS RACING TEAM The Cascade Falls Racing Team is the catalist for Whitewater Slalom Racing in upstate New York. The team Director is Art Miller. The purpose of the Team is to promote and participate in this wonderful sport an the Local, National and International level. Paddlers of all ages are on the team. Along with a solid Junior/Cadet group we also have a very ative Adult group. We all train at Monroe Community College, Rochester Canoe and Kayak Park, Canandaigua Outlet Training Center and at the Cascade Falls Competition Center. The team recently received funding to purchase ten new Galasport carbon fiber Racing Kayaks. These Kayaks are considered to be one of the best performing Racing Kayak ever made. The Cascade Falls Racing Team is hosting the Wild Water Derby Slalom in partnership with the Shortsville/Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Follow the link below for more information about the Race. Saturday/Sunday May 21/May 22, 2011 This year the Slalom Race will be on Sunday at 1pm. A short Sprint race will be held on Saturday (May 21) featuring the Littleville Falls Wildwater Drop.
